Description
See more detailsLocation. The Cannes Rivage apartments are located on Avenue de la Mer in Mandelieu, on the banks of the River Siagne. Housed in a Mediterranean mansion, and surrounded by gardens and woodlands, the hotel is five kilometres from Cannes. The hotel is only 700 metres from the nearest golf course and the beaches of the French Riviera. The Port of Cannes is six kilometres away from the hotel. Nice Cote D'Azur Airport is 32 kilometres away.
Hotel Features. Seven thousand square metres of secluded wooded grounds at the Cannes Rivage offer opportunities to relax while sitting at shaded tables or on the hotel's covered patio overlooking the grounds. Outdoor recreational amenities include an outdoor pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas, bocce court and access to the hotel's private boat. Breakfasts can be taken in the garden or in guestrooms. Lunch baskets are available upon request. Babysitting and grocery delivery services are also available upon request.
Guestrooms. The Cannes Rivage comprises 36 apartments over three floors. Sunlight floods the rooms, which overlook the pool or the wooded area with patios or balconies bringing a bit of the outdoors inside. Bright white walls and linens give the rooms crisp, clean lines while stone floors and sleek, modern wooden furniture add warmth. All of the air-conditioned guestrooms feature full kitchens. Other features include cable television, wired and wireless Internet access and direct-dial telephones. Floor-to-ceiling stone-tiled bathrooms have handheld showerheads and feature separate toilet and bath areas.
Expert Tip. Bicycles, which can be rented locally, are a good way of exploring the area, including the Chateau of La Napoule, a 14th-century fortified castle which is now run as a non-profit arts foundation.
