Canlewood Suites MiamimAirport West

The only complaint was that when I booked this hotel,I was quoted the taxi cost from the hotel to Miami Airport since there was no shuttle service and it turned out to be over $25-not what we expected. The hotel was great and we had a full kitchen which for 1 night we did not use of course.There were several restaurants within walking distance and we were able to get a good meal at a later hour.

A Refreshing Experience

My first experience with a Candlewood Hotel and I was very impressed. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. After learning that it was our first visit we got preferential treatment by the manager who gave us a tour of the hotel, welcome packs and free coupons for the hotel's little convenience store. I love the concept of this hotel chain. My only gripe would be that in order to get to our non-smoking room was located on a floor with both smoking and non-smoking rooms so the hallway smelt horrible. Because we were only staying one night, we didn't make a big deal about it.

great hotel for the money

The candle wood suites is a fantastic hotel for the money we paid. We had a room with a fairly large bathroom and a great size bed room with a full kitchen. I would defintely recomend this hotels to others and i would stay here again.Also it is located right next to the airport and onlyabout 20 min from southbeach and 10 fron downtown miami
