    called hotel to let them know we would arrive late - told no problem. given last room available when we checked in - a room on first floor by parking lot with no drape on window!! you could see into the room from the parking lot. somehow they came up with another room, a handicapped room, with a broken hand held shower device. lack of care or concern on part of hotel staff. no follow up by hotel management despite messages left for hotel manager.
