Unfriendly, irritable staff!

The reservation was not recognized and we waited over an hour for the less than friendly desk clerk to check us in. The restaurant associated with the hotel did have very good food.

A lot of confusion

There was a lot of confusion and frustration. The night desk clerk did not have all her facts. We picked this hotel because it was suppose to have complimentary airport shuttle. The night clerk told us it was going to be 6 Euros per person to be taken to the airport. We told her the ad said complimentary she said no it isn't. The next morning when we were leaving we asked the desk clerk who we paid he said it is complimentary. Also the night we arrived we paid 7 Euros for an hour of internet service. We were not able to get online and after many many attempts I asked for my money back. The night clerk told us we needed to call the tech support to discuss all issues and then they would let her know if we could get a refund. After 1 - 2 hours of attempts and talking to tech support we finally were able to get our money back. If you are looking for a hotel close to the airport this is a good choice. Don't pick this hotel for service because not all the clerks have all the facts or are willing to go above and beyond the normal duties.
