Great value! Neat room. Very friendly personnel. They helped me to coordinate safe ground transportation (taxi). I was very satisfied with the service, and will definetly consider this hotel as an option for my next trip to Mexico City.

The dinner menu in the restaurant was all Italian which is not what I want when in Mexico. I found out later they have Mexican entrees if you ask for them. The Italian food we did get was not great.

For this type of hotel and price you'd expect nothing less than great service. The bed smelled like if my teenage son have slept on it. I requested to change the sheets (which they did) but the answer from the front desk supervisor was: the smell is from the pillow goose feathers and that's normal. I'm sure there are better excuses than that. Besides that, the hotel looks great and is on the heart of Santa Fe business center.

Overall,a nice property in a nice location. The concierge staff are excellent (they will do anything for you), the front desk staff need to be a bit more courteous. The lights in my room were not working and the light switch arrangement was very confusing. The robe seemed to be made for a very small adult or a child. Most frustrating was the fact that the steam room was not functioning, as this is really the only thing they have (no pool, etc.). Room service is prompt and fairly good. Breakfast is good. Overall if they can improve the little things I would stay again.
