Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 20Great Hotel; Room for improvement with food
Ample modern hotel; very nice pool and gym. Nice restaurant but food needs a lot of improvement. They forget that guests are not all Mexican and thus might want international breakfast. Excellent location next to modern shopping mall and restaurants. Center location for modern part of Monterrey (San Pedro). Safe to walk at night.

Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 20excellent and trendy
This is a very nice hotel with contemporary Mexican architecture. The rooms are clean, nice, and the room sizes provide enough space for a comfortable vacation. The pool is nice, as well as the gym. The buffet is not that great. Although the wait staff is nice and courteous, the restaurant seemed to be understaffed and some of the buffet trays were empty during the breakfast rush. The location of the hotel is great, next to a mall and in a very nice area of Garza Garcia. Overall the quality of the service and the conditions of the hotel are great as it is its rates. I will come back again and recommend it to anyone.

Trip Type: Business Review 5 of 20Great Hotel
This is a great hotel. It is situated in a good part of town, with convenient access to downtown and the other business centers. It is very modern with really nice restaurants. Breakfast isn't their best meal, but Kyo (the Asian fusion restaurant) and Bice were great. The bar is dramatic with a clear view of the mountains. The only downside is the room doors. They are heavy and if the person staying in the room next to you (or for that matter, down the hall) allows their door to slam, you'll feel it. This would be a good choice for both business travelers as well as people looking for a weekend get away. Families with small children might want to consider a more "kid friendly" hotel.

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 20Ummmmmm Nothing great
Well, I travel at least a week a month. I've been in several hotels in Latin America. A local person recommended me this hotel. It is not that expensive but there are much Better hotels in the sourandings. The acess for the cars was really slipery and almost impossible to get out when wet ( I almost crashed trying to get out). They forced you, under your responsability, to get in to the parking lot using a very inclinated ramp to the basement parking lot. A fellow traveler did that and crash the entrance gate. They told him that is was his problem and the hi need it to cover the damages. That was really wrong, in the other hand they should be sued for that by the user. I stepped in to my room and it was dirty. It is not worth the price. The service is really good, i need to mention that was the only good part. Do not eat at any of the restaurants there are several yin the sourandings much better ones. I returned all the meal I asked for.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 11 of 20Beautiful and modern hotel
I would definitely recommend this hotel for the price. The room is very comfortable and super clean, the maid service was excellent. Convenient location and you can walk to the mall through the hotel. The only bad thing was having to pay for WIFI internet when most hotels offer this for free. But everything else was great! I would definitely stay again!

Trip Type: Romance Review 14 of 20Excellent option
I was very pleased to stay here, it offers the warm architecture of Camino Real hotels with its warm service, the room service was very comfortable and well equiped, the room service y very well served and with big rations, all my stay was very relaxed, they also give me a late check out until 5:00 PM with no charge... A very good option at the same price that sorrounding lesser hotels...
