Trip Type: Not Provided Review 1 of 12Hell has nothing on this place
The best thing about this place is that after the Cowboys play their last game, the hotel will go out of business, the homeless will move in and then it will be torn to the ground. There was no heat in my room No light bulbs in the bath. The sheets were burned and thin. The pillows and comforter had stains. The manager was urinating on a tree outside while selling our parking spots.

Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 12dallas game
The hotel was in walking distance to the stadium. That was the biggest plus because we could walk to the stadium. The room was nice but it was dated on some parts but it was to sleep and rest for the game. The hall way was the biggest issue it smelled like smoke.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 3 of 12It's O K
People at front desk did not talk-period. We asked information about the area and they didn't know anything. The continental breakfast was gone at 6:00 AM and they did not put more out. It's a little shady but overall ok since the walk to the stadium is not bad at all.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 4 of 12Mixed Reviews
After reading other reviews, my husband and I only stayed at this hotel because it was within walking to Texas Stadium. The photo posted online really looks bad, however the hotel looked better than expected. It could have been cleaner though and the blanket on the bed seemed very old. I kept waking up during the night reminding myself not to let it touch my skin. Also, breakfast was included, however it conisted of only bad coffee, watered down OJ, and cereal to name a few things. I would only recommend a one night stay maxium and only for the convenience of going to the stadium. Not sure how this hotel will do though after the stadium closes?

Trip Type: Business Review 5 of 12Worst hotel ever
Clerk had two black eyes, brusing on her arms, cob webs in the corners of the rooms, rust on the sinks, back door no lock. If your gonna go cheap, motel 6 is better than this dump!

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 12This hotel is Horrible
This was the worst hotel my wife and I have ever stayed in. I've stayed in motel 6 in ghetto parts of California that look way better than this place. The rooms had cob webs in the corners of the room, there was rust all over the sink in the bath room and the back door of the building didn't even have a key lock. So anyone during the day or night can walk into that hotel. Also when we arived which was about 10/11 pm, the clerk wasn't even at the desk. The worst part about it was the lady that worked the desk had two black eyes and brusing on her arms! I had reserved for 5 nights, better believe we checked out the next morning.

Make sure to bring your own sheets and pillows because the room smelt so bad we were scared to sleep under the covers. There were stains on the couch and bed sheets. The good thing was that I could bring my dog with me. It was close to Texas Stadium, but we still drove down there to park.

Trip Type: Family Review 8 of 12poor security
Two cars had windows smashed in the parking lot and valuables stolen from inside. Thankfully, not ours. I noticed the 3 security cameras don't cover the entire parking lot. Both cars were parked in the "blind spot". The policeman couldn't do much to help. Take your valuables inside(CDs, GPS, radar detectors, etc). We've been staying here every year for about ten years so we can walk to the Dallas SX at Texas Stadium and miss the traffic jam.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 10 of 12Just one thing was wrong...
Honestly, the condition of the hotel was amazing compared to what I was picturing. We only wanted THE closest hotel to our destination and didn't care what it looked like--as long as it was inexpensive and had a bed! Everything was very well kept-up and clean (except under the beds! I only say that 'cause I had to check underneath it to make sure I didn't leave anything behind--very dirty under there!) and was much, much nicer than what I was expecting. The only thing that turned me off to this establishment was the fact that one day we left to go sight-seeing and that night when we returned to the hotel, my toothbrush, tongue-scraper (sounds odd, but it's a great tool!) and my flosser were gone! WHY?! I still have absolutely no clue, but I sure do miss them! I reported the missing items to the front desk, and although they managed to find the two ceramic coffee mugs that had also been taken for one reason or another, they never found my three tooth-related items. I had been keeping the three items in one of those mugs, but as I said, the two mugs were recovered, but the other things weren't. It was WAY too strange.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 11 of 12Needs improvement
Hotel was booked for 1 night - 3 people - room had 2 towels and 2 washcloths. Toilet paper rolls (both of them) very low - had to go ask front desk for more toilet paper and towels and it seemed like an inconvenience for them to have to get them. One of the bed sheets had a stain on it - my child slept with a towel on top of the sheets.
