Good hotel

Great location with parking near-by. Service was good, room was ok. It was a little dated and small, but clean and comfortable. Good experience over-all.

Just adequate.

The location was in downtown Baltimore was good though parking is very limited and very expensive. Some room furnishings were tattered. The chair at the desk was too low and not adjustable. Bathroom very small. I'd try someplace else next time.

great location but needs improvement

Great location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were offered free drinks as part of our package but upon arriving at the top floor 30 min. before the reception supposedly ended we found out it was already over but the hours were posted right in the elevator?? then the next morning we arrived again on the top floor reception area for the free buffet breakfast again 30 min. before the conclusion of breakfast and found out they had already put all of the food away!! we were told the time was up but again the hours were posted right inside the elevator and they didn't even know that, strange but still an ok stay due to location--watch out for parking lot GOUGING !!! charged more than posted rates

Not A Good Stay

The hotel staff was excellent, unfortunatly it was the only good thing about the hotel. The rooms were small and dingy, the construction surrounding the hotel on all sides kept me up day and night. I switched rooms twice because the plumbing was broken.

Good place to stay

My fiance and I stayed at the Brookshire Suites overnight and we had a great time. The room was comfortable and the hotel was in a great location. I would tell everyone to stay at the hotel. We really enjoyed ourselves and plan on returning.

Great for the price.

The hotel was in a perfect location and the two room suite was perfect for my family. The breakfast was decent. Our only complaints are: 1) there was a mysterious foul smell under the sofa (other than that, the room was clean); and 2) the front desk service was terrible b/c they didn't have enough people working (we waited forever to check in and check out). Overall, we would stay there again.

Good Experience

Was surprised with additional 10 dollars a day charge for "ammenities" that you could not opt out of. I think the consumer should have been made aware of the "additional" charge at the time reservations were made. Other than that, my stay was enjoyable.

Good location, Helpful staff

The Brookshire Suites was a pretty good value considering the location and amount of activity going on the weekend we stayed. The staff was really helpful and knowledgable of the area and activities available, even late night. The rooms were clean and a good, hot breakfast is offered. I would definitely consider staying there again.

You don't find them like this one anymore

My office booked me here at the last minute, and I had no idea what to expect. In brief, I'd recommend it to anyone traveling to Baltimore. Clean, friendly, and exactly what is missing from today's mid-range hotels...class. Don't miss breakfast and happy hour at the top floor, both complementary.

Great Hotel

The beds were very comfortable, the shower was great. The bathroom was small and a little dated, but clean. Saturday breakfast was excellent!

Don't miss the Cloud Club

My fiance and I were content with simply staying at a hotel so close to the Inner Harbor, but upon arrival were given tickets for free drinks at a nightly reception and free hot breakfast the next morning. It definitely added to the experience to have cocktails in the Cloud room overlooking the harbor. The service at the hotel was excellent as well. Dorian was especially helpful with giving us ideas of things to do in the area.

Great hotel for the money

The Brookshire Suites was conveniently located, just a street over and a couple minutes walk to all the attractions at Inner Harbor. There are a couple parking garages on Calvert St. (check out Google Maps) in the block just before the hotel, which offer good prices. The room was clean and modern with a refrigerator and flat screen TV. Also, they serve a hot breakfast and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great value. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.
