Amazing Views at City Center

We really hit the jackpot with our reservation at Brooks Towers. Since we stayed 4 nights it was actually cheaper to stay in a one bedroom condo than a hotel. The front desk is helpful with any questions. The neighborhood is great and is within walking distance to the convention center, performing arts center, awesome restaurants, 16th street mall, coors field, etc, etc, etc!! There was so much room in the condo and we had a view of the rocky mountains from the balcony.

Outstanding Suite for 1/2 price of normal room

Living in a condo for a week vs. a week in a hotel room... the condo was hands down better. I had a full kitchen, living room, bedroon, jacuzzi.... could make breakfasts and light suppers.... all for a fraction of the cost of a traditional hotel room. It was fabulous!

Nice Place

Brooks Tower is located right near the 16th Street Mall, and the view of the city from the balcony is great. The desk clerks were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here, with one exception - after being in a condo for 4 days, I was asked to relocate to a different unit. I felt that was very unprofessional and it should have never happened. I also was told there would be free on-site parking which wasn't available when I arrived. Aside from this, I would recommend the place. While annoying, it didn't totally ruin my stay in the city.
