Trip Type: Not Provided Review 1 of 7Great Location
Brewster's is conveniently located to all the downtown shopping and restaurants. The front desk staff was very helpful and made some great dinner suggestions.

Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 7Excellent location, Clean bathroom, Nice Staff
We are very happy with the location of the hotel and the service of hotel staff. The room we booked has two QB. The size is very large comparing to most standard rooms. The only problem is the internet access. We need to stay in the lobby area to access the internet since there is no signals in the rooms. According to the staff, they will make improvement on that.

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 7Good place for the price
Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Great breakfast. But parking was not free. Was alittle noisy outside but that's is expected as it is in the middle of Banff downtown. Overall pretty good place for the price. Would recommend it.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 5 of 7Location = NOISE
This was a rather cute, clean hotel, OK for the inflated summer prices in Canada. The staff was nice, and it is right next to the superb Maple Leaf Restaurant. HOWEVER, the night NOISE was incredible. Perhaps it is the 10 p.m. sunset, but revellers screamed and laughed beneath our windows as late as 3 a.m. Earplugs did not work. The only thing we asked for by phone and on check in was "a quiet room," and we were not told that that was utterly impossible. The rooms are small, and views are either the close side of a building across an often truck-clogged alley, or the loud street. As Banff is totally walkable, I would stay at any of the many other hotels even 1-2 short blocks "out of town." Most listed here look like ski lodges in rural areas, but are right "in town," just without being surrounded by shops and pedestrian traffic. Most also have rooms facing the mountains despite being village-close.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 6 of 7Conveniently Located, But....
The hotel was clean and comfortable and although conveniently located in the heart of town that did have one drawback -noise from a nearby club/disco. The night was warm and we did have the window open so that made the problem worse, but the disturbance only continued until about 1:00 am. The front desk clerk was very helpful and the free continental breakfast was well supplied with a variety of items. Overall the stay was okay, but would try to find somewhere else next time just because of the disturbed night.
