    The hotel was comfortable although old. No views of anything interesting from most of the rooms. The room service food was fantastic one day and terrible the next. I did complain to the front desk. The management then did everything to apologize and correct their error. I was truly impressed with the customer service. Better than 98% of the hotels I have stayed in. Room was quiet.

    The room was booked as a de/luxe king size bed room ... at arrival I had a Queen size bed and was told I had "requested" a King ... not true...I had booked a King ,so my confirmation said .. the bathroom was the size of a broom closet...on opening the bathroom door it hit the toilet therefore you had to squeeze through...one club chair in this "de/luxe"room ... the other person had to sit on bed to view T.V.which had 6 channels only .... in my opinion the accomadation was no better than an ordinary motel ...

Hotel Features. The Boston Omni Parker House Hotel, which opened in 1855, underwent a $30 million restoration and renovation in 2008. The smoke-free hotel marries modern amenities with historic architectural charm. Parker's Restaurant serves American and Continental cuisine. This hotel was the birthplace of Parker House Rolls, served at the restaurant. Parker's Bar décor features mahogany paneling, a fireplace and stained-glass windows. The Last Hurrah Bar offers pub fare, a collection of Bostonian whiskeys and signature Boston crème martinis. Wireless Internet access is complimentary in the lobby. Children's amenities include milk-and-cookie turndown service and a welcome gift. A complimentary, 24-hour fitness room features hardwood floors and contains cardiovascular and weight-training equipment, yoga balls, free weights and a wall-mounted, flat-screen television.
