Great facilities and service. The only deficiencies I noted are related to vehicle access and parking. The check in area for vehicles is very small and crowded. Valet parking is quite expensive. We stayed in 13 different facilities while in New Zealand. The room at the Bolton Hotel was the Nicest room we stayed in by far.
