Blu Suite Hotel

Location. Blu Suite Hotel is located in the resort town Of Igea Marina on Italy's Adriatic coast, 50 metres from the sea. The city of Rimini lies 10 kilometres to the south.

Hotel Features. This hotel, opened in 2007, features contemporary architecture and has an outdoor swimming pool with a sun terrace, as well as a children's pool. Other leisure facilities include complimentary bicycle hire, a sauna, a hammam and a hydrotherapy pool. The 24-hour front desk has multilingual staff, room service is available round the clock and there is complimentary parking.

The Blu Suite Hotel Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, including a special "light" lunch menu and a dinner a la carte menu with a vegetable and fruit buffet for a surcharge. A restaurant for children up to six years old is open from the 6th of June until the 13th of September. The Blu Bar offers drinks and snacks. A complimentary buffet breakfast is served each morning.

Guestrooms. The 46 guestrooms have light contemporary decor, modern furnishings and balconies. All are equipped with televisions with premium channels, climate control, complimentary Internet connections and minibars. In-room massage is available.

In front of the hotel there is a private beach. The hotel can hire sunloungers and umbrellas to guests. There is also a miniclub for children that includes a complimentary buffet (under 12 year-olds).

Expert Tip. Visit the Tempio Malatestiano, a triumph of Renaissance architecture which was built, though never completed, by a mercenary soldier named Sigismondo Malatesta. He was condemned to hell for it by Pope Pius II. Please note: Boys under the age of 17 may not enter the Blu Spa.
