Awesome Modernistic Drama

Be prepared for stark beauty, not rustic charm. The views are incredible. The rooms were nice-sized, very well equipped, beautiful & immaculate with floor to ceiling windows. The bathroom is like a spa - A pebble floor in the HUGE shower, a deep soaker tub with a window in the wall to slide open and look across at the amazing views!!! Walking out the door and right onto the beautiful, easy-to-walk trail was great. Close to town but who would want to leave?

great hotel

This place is a real gem. You can;t beat the natural beauty of the area & the amazing brand new resort. We could lay in bed & see the forrest & ocean. The views from the rooms & dining room & lounge were beautiful. Huge bathroom, luxery linens, etc.

Could be a future Gem

We stayed at the Blackrock resort a few weeks back and were blown away by it's amazing location. The resort is beautiful. It's a great alternative to staying in Tofino. The hotel is new, so it has some things to work out. 1. service was ok. They were very nice, but there needs to be some more fine tuning 2. the hotel isn't totally finished with constuction, seems like they rushed to open. 3. there is no room service Otherwise, I think in the next 6 months this hotel will be a total gem. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. The room was perfect for my husband, baby and I.
