Best Western Trail Dust Inn

Very Nice

Was surprised at size & type room for the price. Not expecting a suite. Beds were surprisingly comfortable for a motel. Room was clean, pool nice, out of town a bit so quiet. There for a horseshow so spent very little time in room, appreciated a good night's sleep. Continental breakfast was average, staff were very nice.

HAS CHANGED

THIS WAS OUR FOURTH VISIT AND THINGS HAVE CHANGED. THE HOTEL PERSONAL WAS NOT AS FRIENDLY AS ALL OTHER TIMES. FIRST OFF WE DID NOT GET THE ROOM WE BOOKED. AFTER THAT WAS STRAIGHTEND OUT WE WERE PUT NEXT TO SOME VERY LOUD PEOPLE. THEY PARTIED ALL NIGHT. THREE CALLS TO THE FRONT DESK DID NOT SOLVE THIS PROPLEM. I WILL HAVE TO THINK TWICE IF OR WHEN I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN. WAS THERE A CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP OR SOMETHING? WE LOVED IT ALL THE TIMES BEFORE

Clean and Nice

The hotel was great except for one thing, the size of the bathroom. If the other person had to use the toilet, the other person had to physically move out of the area. The area infront of the sink was probably 3'x 3', and that was also where you put your suitcase. But, the room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. They had a full breakfast buffet included with you stay that was great. They had everything! The staff was very nice, too.

Needs Improvement

I was very impressed at check in with front desk clerk and enjoyed the access we had to the courtyard since we had our dog. However-We were in town during a rodeo and the contestants kept us awake until 2:30 because they were outside partying. I tried calling the front desk 3 times that night with no answer so I had to call the police. The next day while my husband was in the shower, I was packing our things and a housekeeper walked into our room with no notice.

Great location & friendly personnel!

The location is great since it's right off the freeway, so easy access on and off! The main lobby was a great western decor, i enjoyed being there. the service from everyone at the hotel was excellent. They couldn't do enough for you, very friendly and amenable. the room was clean and comfortable. this was my second or third time staying there and i will again when i have work in that area. thank you!

OUTSTANDING HOTEL

THIS WAS OUR SECONG STAY. WE ENJOY THE HOSPITALITY. THE STAFF IS VERY ACCOMADATING TO YOUR NEEDS. THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN. BEDS ARE EXTREMLY COMFORTABLE.IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE GET THE SUITE. ITS PERFECT FOR FAMILIES.
