I stay here at least twice a month. Only had one bad experience with a rude and nosey desk clerk. Breakfast is decent people are polite. Clerk must have been having a bad night. He is lucky I wasnt in the mood for a arguement. Loction is central to downtown and train station.

Very Efficient Until You Need Help with Lost and Found

I found the hotel to be very good until I had to call them to return my lost Bluetooth found by housekeeping in my room. Upon discovering that I lost it, I called and told them I had immediately sent them a check of $10.00 for postage. I requested a return call for status of delivery. The person who is responsible for returning it to my office never returned my 7+ calls to the hotel. They had every excuse why he wasn't available. No one took ownership of following through with this situation. I was extremely dissappointed that they lacked concern after I turned in a positive survey. I finally received my Bluetooth not by their assistance, but by another contact within their hotel property. It's so sad when a hotel speaks of outstanding customer service and not follow through with that same philosophy.

Moderate price good value

We stay here for trade show lodging and find it very comfortable and well maintained. Convenient to the downtown area and the Convention Center. Good breakfast and many good restaurants within 5 miles of facility. Staff is attentive and facility is clean and well maintained. Not many amenities in the immediate area but we always have a vehicle with us.

hotel needs improvement. the heater in the room was not working, and the room was pretty small. however, the staff was welcoming and polite.

Great room for the money

Hotel and room were both clean and quiet. Free parking garage felt safe. Convenient to the freeway, University of Puget Sound and Museum of Glass. There was no hot water for shower or at sink. This was discussed with staff who appeared to know this had been a problem in the past but not resolved. Free breakfast had a wide variety of choices: hot dishes like scrambled eggs, plain and with cheese and vegetables, sausage, waffles, cereal, pastries, black tea, coffee and juice. However, there were no napkins and no staff nearby in the kitchen or dining room. I went to the reception desk and staff called someone right away. The staff member who replaced the napkins was running frantically from one area of the hotel to another. Several minutes later, I realized there was also no syrup for the waffles. I decided to go without rather than search for the frantic staff member. I probably would go back because the price was right and it was safe, clean and quiet.

Worst customer service ever

My daughter came to the hotel and parked on the side of the building where it does not state a parking permit is required,the car was towed.The staff were rude,and especially the manager TJ.Only Alexis was nice in anyway.And when I first came in,I arrived early and asked if a room was available yet,I was rudely told no.After looking to park my car,I realized I needed a pass for parking in the building.I went back to the front desk to ask for a permit and another girl told me a room has been ready for awhile.The other tall black hair girl dropped the ball.Nice hotel,lousy customer service.Will not stay again.

quiet and convenient

I booked at the last minute online and loved the room I got. There was a little hassle finding my reservation and and I think the young man checking me in was new, but he was friendly as he helped get the booking ready for me. The only complaint about the room at all would be that with the new "water-saver" feature on the shower, the stream was weak and wasn't very warm. Otherwise, I like this hotel, have stayed there before and will return in the future.

Great value. Good restaurant and location. The only negative was a noisy group in the next room at 2:00 A.M.

Horrible Service

The hotel staff was rude specially the restaurant host. The complimentary breakfeast was good so was the location and that's about it.
