Good deal

The hotel was ok, we got a good deal on hotels.com, otherwise we would never have paid the regular price for what you get at this hotel.

Great room for the money

We were extremely satisfied. We (only)would have just appreciated a more comfortable bed - the mattresses are a bit thin.

Great room for the money, great breakfast

I only stayed one night because I had an early flight. It was convenient and comfortable. And even after having breakfast and returning a rental car, I still got to the airport with plenty of time to spare.

A bit pricey for the state of affairs

This was a last-minute reservation over a minor holiday weekend so a single queen was the only option for a non-smoking room. For the moderately high price we paid all said and done with taxes, I might have hoped for a slightly larger room. It was somewhat well-appointed and was clean, but it implied "budget" with how cramped it felt for two people and all the furniture (bed + kitchen-sized table + two armchairs + airmoire + TV stand/dresser) and only 3 pillows when we arrived ("The reservation was for 2... are they short this weekend?"). Also, the bathroom light fixture needed to be clean/reaffixed to the ceiling. Acceptable, but I expected a little more from a Best Western hotel.

Good job for Best Western...

1st Room had a bed that tilted to one side. As soon as we called down to the front desk they switched our room. The next morning we went down for breakfast and they had pre-made eggs and sausage and cheese that could be microwaved and put on bagels, english muffins or bread along with the normal danish, muffins and cereal found cont. breakfast... We were pleased with our stay and will stay there again when in the area...

Nice clean hotel

The hotel is conveniently located to major highways, places to eat, and the local airport. Nothing fancy, just a flat out good price for a nice place to stay. The staff was friendly, and the rooms are clean. What else can you ask for?

Great continental breakfast

I would recommend this hotel for convience to the airport.Also was a good place to stay if you where sightseeing the surrounding area.

Convenient to airport, free airport shuttle, good complementary breakfast (except for the coffee).

Good location near airport

This hotel is off to the left of the airport and very easy to get to and was decent. Shuttle service from airport to hotel was free and quick pick up once you called hotel. We obtained a fairly decent rate for the room and it was not a bad drive into Providence. If you have a rental car and traveling on a budget staying in Warwick is the better way to go over downtown Providence which is pricier. We were looking for a room with queen beds, clean, separate sink/shower areas, that was somewhat spacious for a budget price, and a basic breakfast option and we got it.
