Internet is not offered in all rooms

We selected the Best Western hotel because it was listed on Hotels.com as having unlimited internet available in rooms. I was upset to discover that our room on the 4th floor didn't offer it. The clerk just said to me in a matter of fact way, well...you have a room with no internet. After I insisted that it was one of the sole reason I picked Best Western they moved us to a different floor and with an upgraded room. The internet at the hotel is not wireless, but they do provide the cable connection. also, be careful. Koreans have different building codes and they have raised thresholds. I stubbed my toe a few times walking into the bathroom because the threshold is raised.
