Best hotel deal I've ever had

As a former lodging owner, I'm very picky about where I stay. This was the first time in over 30 years that I've stayed at a motel (vs hotel) and I was amazed at the quality of service, the cleanliness, the food (included in the price was a hot breakfast), the ambiance (our room had a fireplace), the bedding (the best pillow I've encountered - and the bed was very comfortable) and how dedicated management and staff is to providing the best possible experience. I was shocked to find this facility only had a one-star rating, because it was a four-star experience! The only negative: I like to read and they are using the new type of light bulb (environmentally friendly but hard on the eyes).

Good Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at Best Western Paint Pony Lodge. Only one complaint is that the ladies in the front office never gave us our receipt to turn in to my husband's job for reimbursment. Other than that all is was good.

Airport shuttle

This hotels website claims they have a courtesy hotel shuttle. They dont have a hotel shuttle and seems as though they never did. To their credit and my persistence they paid round trip cab fare.

Nice Stay, Good Value

Pleasantly surprised by the value for the price. Clean, quiet room. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Pleasant surprise!

When we stepped into the room, it was almost like it was brand new. All furnishings were up to date and very clean. And the room itself was exceptionally spacious. Good television reception. The bath area (shower and commode) was separate from the dressing room and vanity/sink area, which gave privacy and versatility. THe beds were very comfortable, a major concern for me. My husband was disappointed that there was not an upholstered easy chair, but that was the only drawback to the room. The complimentary breakfast was hot, delicious, extensive - five star.

Great Value

Very friendly staff clean and comfortable. room was very large and very clean with all the things u would expect. iron, coffee maker, microwave, fridge etc. Laundry room, Didnt have a pool or spa would have been nice after skiing. Breakfast was good very good saved us some money. We would recommend the Paint Pony to anyone. Oh we called the front desk for a couple of extra pillows and they brought them up in just a couple of minutes.

Nice and Cheap Hotel

For the price paid the experience was great. Rooms were overall clean and confortable. Free breakfast was plenty to get you full. Recommend for anyone on a budget.
