Needs Improvement

My husband called for a disposable razor and he was told that someone would be right up and no one ever came or called. We tried a few times to call the front desk and the phone rang off the hook most of the time. Not enough shuttle times to and from Universal Studios. Registration - was slow but I give Kudos to the gentleman who checked me in.

Great place to stay

Great location, comfortable, great new upgrades, staff is wonderful.

Needs Improvement

my a/c did not work.the room was not 100% clean.could not get no ice had to go out and buy ice. order food,and it was over cook

Water Damage, No GFCI Recepts near sink, NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED

The staff here do an incredible job despite the meager facilities and tiny rooms for guests. Our room barely fit two DOUBLE beds not Queens and the bathroom's receptcle near the bathroom sink wasn't a GFI recep. The drywall above the shower in the bathroom appeared to have molded or rotted away and a patch was now doing the same. The people were very friendly but the room made me feel very unclean and we had a 2 night reservation but checked out the next day!!

Surprisingly good value

The hotel is a little dated, but the rooms were very clean. The room included a frig, microwave and 32 inch flat panel TV, which was a great surprise. We walked to most everything. There was a 24 hour drugstore at the corner and a 7/11, so anything we needed was right there. I will definitely stay there again.

Great Hotel

The hotel is great for the small price we paid. The pool and jacusi are very fun and clean. There are 2 things for improvement in my opinion. first, there are no shuttles for disney's theme parks, which is a bit difficult for those without a car. second, there is no breakfast, which actually rises the price of the hotel. Overall, it was very good.. recommended!

great room for the money

Honestly we were only in the room to sleep and shower. The room was clean and in a great location to Halloween Horror nights. I would stay there again.

Smoking room :-(

I requested a non-smoking double bed room. They gave us the keys and told us we would be on the 5th floor. When the elevator door opned we were hit with a cloud of smoke. When we opened the room there were ash trays. Lucky for them it didn't smell TOO Bad. When I called the front desk to complain and get another room, they said there were no other room available. We were stuck! When I woke the next morning my throat hurt :-(. When leaving I told the person at the desk about our smoking room and he said "I'm sorry". I will not stay at this hotel again. Plus the sheets were rough (felt like 30 count).

Great Place to Stay for Adventure Parks

The only two things i gotta complain about this hotel is during our weekend trip for Halloween Horror Nights, we came back to our hotel to find no parking. Parking stinks there when there is a major event happening around that area. Oh and that bathtub water wouldn't drain properly, it would just sit there for about 20 minutes after taking a shower with water up to my ankles.
