Great room for the price

We stayed here for the volleyball state tournament which was at the Resch Center right next to the hotel. The location was very convenient and the room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The one downside was the breakfast, which is in an adjoining restaurant. I was so confused as to what was included and what wasn't since they had a breakfast buffet going on at the same time.

Needs Improvement

The location is great- right by Lambeau Field. Someone blew a fuse so our room was without power for over 20 minutes. It took a while for them to get it going. The breakfast is not all that great. You have to pay $6 to upgrade to the hot breakfast.

Only One Complaint

The only thing I could complain about is that we found the remains of someone else's breakfast under the bed skirt. The pool area is beautiful. It's a great hotel for kids with tons of things to do on site. And Lambeau is a short walk away.

Perfect for Green Bay Packers visit!

Loved how easy it was to get to Lambeau Field from the hotel! Very convenient - will stay here again. My young kids loved that there was a pool and hot tub!

Good hotel, great location for Packer fans

I've been to this hotel many times before for events, but this was the first time I can recall actually staying at it. It was overall a decent experience. Positives: Location, pool/hottub, continental breakfast bar even though they have a restaurant serving. Negatives: Room was freezing when we checked in (<65degrees). They should save $$ on the air and set the temp at a more reasonable level. Desk staff made me feel like I was inconveniencing them when making requests (towels, conditioner, etc). Quiet hours were not enforced (our room was poolside and there were kids playing ping-pong well past the cutoff time).

Great place for a swim

The pool was very warm,unlike some other hotels.That was a big plus.

Good hotel for the money

The is a good hotel due in large part because of location. The pool area was great as well as the customer service. The only short fall was the bed was a little uncomfortable.

We love staying here. rooms are clean and comfortable. Love the pool area. Just not crazy about the restaurant.

Slight hassle over non-smoking room at sign in.

Overall experience was good. Reserved a non-smoking room, when we signed in they said there were 'nt any non-smoking rooms available. When I told them I was going to call Hotels.com and complain, they "found" us a non-smoking room. Didn't seem to have enough personnel manning the check-in, check-out desk. Long wait.

Great family hotel

We had friendly service at the desk, by Carol. the breakfast help was very helpful and extremely downtown friendly. One of the gal even held our baby so the mother could serve herself! We were very surprised at the lovely pool area with many activities for the childern. Spacious and clean, as well. We will definitely return for another winter get-a-way next year. thank you./
