Outstanding Hotel

The hotel was clean, decorated very nicely, the front desk staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious. 2nd stay here and would definitely stay again.

Avoid Suite 140

Suite 140 and rooms above are next to the service elevator which makes a hell of a racket. There are also floodlights shining right into some rooms on the lower level (e.g 140) - check before you accept the room assignment. Low rank service personell appeared depressed and desinterested despite low occupancy.

Repete guest

Nice hotel, business center needs work and fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for no apparent cause but I've been here many times and will come back

Outstanding Hotel

We stayed here in October and got a great off-season rate. The hotel was beautiful and our room was very clean and large. It had a huge jacuzzi tub and many extra amenities I was not expecting for the price we paid. The breakfast was exceptional, one of the best we've ever had at a hotel that offers free breakfast. I'd stay here again and again even in peak season.

Great Room for the money

We generally book lower cost hotels but booked at the Best Western since there was an off-season rate available. It was a terrific facility in every way. The breakfast was especially nice. No complaints at all.

Nice Hotel

Great hotel

The hotel is very nice. Our only problem was the air conditioning didn't work adequately and since we were on the top floor room our got pretty warm making it difficult to sleep. Otherwise everything was great.

Great room for the money

The room was updated and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We liked having queen beds instead of full. Breakfast was good.

Beyond our expectations

After reviewing many of the hotels in the area online, I was not expecting anything above average for the price hotels.com was able to obtain. However, this hotel was one of the best experiences we have ever had. The entire hotel is being upgraded, and many of the rooms were closed for maintenance. The room we stayed in obviously was the finished product of the overhaul. Great room. Very clean. Beds very comfortable. Easy exit to the "main street" to Jackson. One of the best "free" breakfasts we have had at any hotel. Highly recommend this hotel and plan to return here on our return to Jackson.

Clean and Fresh Rooms

The location of the hotel was perfect. The room was fresh and clean. The only thing that stops me from giving it a near perfect rating was the condition of the tub.
