Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 2 of 115probably wont stay again
Best part of stay was the complimentry breakfast which was suprisingly good, but the rest of the stay was marginal. Paper thin walls and floors left us hearing neighboring rooms conversations well into the night. Also, every footstep on the floor above our room could be heard as well. Not a very restful night of sleep. The most disappointing part was the hairs we found in our bed and on our pillow covers before we got into them and the brown stains on the sheets made us uneasy to say the least. It's too bad, as we usually stay at Best Westerns when traveling....maybe this one was just a bad apple?

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 115Large rooms/Updated decor
We stayed at this hotel one night. The room was extremely nice; very clean and large. The beds were comfy and the decor looked updated. We loved the proximity to restaurants and the outlet mall.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 5 of 115Great Room & Breakfast
I love to stay here. The free breakfast is awesome. And The cookies when you check in makes you feel welcome also. I sure I'll stay there again. The outlet mall is very close.

Trip Type: Family Review 7 of 115Great place to stay
This hotel is a great place to stay, as long as you do not want to be in downtown Park City (which is about 10 minutes away.) However, this is a great place to stay if you want to shop at the factory stores, which are essentially next door. It is also less "busy" than downtown and driving into Main street is easy enough anyway. The room we were in faced I-80, so at first we were concerned it would be noisy, but the room was actually very quiet. Rooms were also clean, beds were comfortable (although we questioned if they were really queens, they seemed short). Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs/ham dices, bisquits and gravy, sausages, apples, oranges, muffins, bagels, toast and cereal. They ran out of eggs the first day and took a little while to replace. The second day they completely ran out of bisquits (and there was still an hour left for the breakfast). They simply posted a sign saying sorry, no more bisquits today. So, if you want a good selection, be there early. The pool is fairly small, but for families with young kids, it's great. (It only goes to 5 feet deep.) Overall, it was a great stay.

Trip Type: Business Review 9 of 115Outstanding Hotel
The rate was exceptional, the staff was very friendly, the hot breakfast weas adequate. We were able to walk across the street to a very nice eating establishment. The bed was awesome. Requested a king, but ended up with 2 queens.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 10 of 115Not for light sleepers
Great room for the money. Probably the cheapest place in Park City. A little on the small side. Staff was very helpful and quick to respond when light bulbs needed replacing in bathroom. Internet worked a lot better after 12 midnight. Pool was big enough for the kids to splash around in but I would hesitate to call it a 'swimming' pool. There is an aquatic center less than a mile down the road at the middle school open M-F for laps and fun swims. Cleaning staff eager to clean the first 2 days and the 3rd, they hadn't cleaned by 2pm! Breakfast was good for my family- scrambled eggs with cheese and ham, biscuits and gravy, SUGAR cereal, plain oatmeal packets, bagels, muffins, OJ, apple, cranberry, milk. I ate my homemade granola with some of the milk. We stayed 7 nights. Lots of shopping at outlet mall and another HUGE shopping center across the street.

Trip Type: Family Review 13 of 115crowded
Everything about the hotel was nice. There were two family reunions going on so there were massive amounts of little children. We couldn't swim. It was very conjested and noisey.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 14 of 115Great Service, but had some small issues.
The employee's were wonderful, the service great, but the hotel key didn't always work in the door and received a red light half the time and the door would not open until it was jiggled. There was water with black bits coming up in the sink in the adjoining bathroom. There were very few towels for the use of the pool. The continental breakfast was cramped and no where to sit. For the money it could have been a little bit better.
