The staff seemed a bit standoffish, there were three (3) light bulbs out, which I will say were promptly fixed, but should ahve been caught while cleaning? Didn't like it.

From the time I arrived until the following morning, In encountered nothing but bored, uncaring front desk staff, a housekeeper who banged on my door at ten the next morning to tell me it was check out time (it's actually at 11), to a mediocre breakfast, this hotel ranks at the bottom of my stays. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 8 of 12Very Dark
The hotel rooms were nice, but the atrium which had lights, was very dark and dingy. The breakfast in the restaurant was horrible. Worst breakfast I have had at a hotel, didn't even eat it. The price of the room was good enough enough that I didn't mind going to pick up a breakfast somewhere else.

The first room we had wasn't cleaned. The entire place is rund down. I used the laundromat which was incredibly filthy.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 12 of 12My experiance at the Best Western Hotel in Grants New Mexico
Firt of all the lady in the front desk was not very nice to me when I checked in. second of all we got a room with a bathroom that when we flushed the tank would over flow and we had water all over the floor. Yes, we did get another room, but we did not get any sleep because the people that stayed in the room next to us were smoking and the smell was coming into our room. They also had the TV on all night until the morning with the volume very loud. I could'nt get any sleep. The carpets were very dirty. I could see the dirt along the wall. Breakfast was very dry and eggs were soggy. The hotel was very expensive and I did not get my moneys worth.
