Perfect hotel our needs

As an American Living in Europe, I have stayed in many hotels. For our purpose, this hotel was far beyond what I had expected for the price. A friend and I stayed in this hotel to see an even at the Lenxass Arena. The distance seemed to be a bit further than the website led us to believe. But, I cannot confirm this, considering we ended up getting a ride anyways. We had only stayed one night but the check in/out times were very convenient. Even though we were a few minutes passed the check out time, the staff was very understanding and did not charge us. The facility was spectacular and the rooms were very clean. I would absolutely stay here again, without a doubt. Also, the garage seemed to be very safe during our stay.

Great Hotel

Great Hotel, Staff was very friendly and service was good. Was very surprised with the dining as it was exceptional. I recommend Hotel, although a little high price. Only negative side would be location although there was a nearby train station which had easy access to central Cologne

ITS A GREAT HOTEL FOR THE MONEY

Will go back again, rooms and service is 100% OK. Food and breakfast as good as any 5star hotel. Comfortable and well smelling rooms, its as if its a new hotel all the time. only bad thing is that I was charged $89.00 and we still do not know what the charges were for, LOGIS??? Breakfast was extra not included in the price, which makes it expensive if two people has to pay for breakfast, your better off going to a more central hotel, if you do not depend on breakfast then the price is right, neighborhood was not all that bad, metro/train/subway station is very close, Internet cafe is right around the corner for very little money, local calls are not free, makes the place more expensive, and wireless internet at the hotel is very expenisive, if have to pay for internet and breakfast you are better off at a more central localed hotel, no breakfast and no internet, then its fine I like to thank the hotel for the fresh daily free chocolates and fruits.
