Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 16 of 36Great Value for Rome
We stayed at this hotel for our last night in Italy as we were returning from the north to fly out of FCO and did not want to spend a night in Rome proper for convenience sake. This hotel was very inexpensive compared to similar hotels in Rome proper. Though it was not right next to FCO, it took us only twenty minutes to drive there on Sunday morning. The surrounding area is not great but our intention was not to stay here for vacation. There was an excellent seafood restaurant within five minute walk.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 17 of 36Great Room for the Money
Hotel was very clean; beds were very comfortable. Desk staff were very knowledgeable and able to speak English. My only problem was with the bathtub; for a senior citizen I found the floor of the tub to be extremely slippery and when I got in to take a shower, I slipped and fell. Bottoms of the tubs should have something in them (strips, etc.) to prevent one from slipping. I was easy to get from hotel to downtown Rome by bus and subway. Breakfast buffet which was included in price was delicious with a variety of foods, coffees and juices.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 19 of 36A Great Modern Hotel with all US Conveniences
This place is OUTSTANDING !! I will never stay in another hotel on a trip to Rome. It is close to the airport, has plenty of places to eat (including several gellato stores), easy access to Rome and surrounding areas with large rooms, large bathrooms & showers,English speaking TV channels, big soft beds, very clean & bright, friendly & helpful staff.

We were very pleased with this hotel; it was very clean and comfortable. Also had free internet access in each room plus a computer to use in the lobby. Staff at the front desk were very knowledgeable and spoke good English. Gave us directions on how to take the bus to the subway and on to the colosseum and the Spanish Steps, Vatican City, etc., saving a lot of money for a taxi. There was am excellent restaurant within walking distance of the hotel with great fresh seafood, pizzi and pasta dishes.

Trip Type: Romance Review 21 of 36Horrible Location! Hidden Costs!
The price of this hotel makes it look like a great deal, but you'll pay so much in taxi fare that it ends up cheaper to stay at the airport hotel. This hotel is at least half an hour away from the airport, and traffic is a nightmare. THERE IS NO SHUTTLE SERVICE! In fact, they recommend you reserve a taxi and pay a flat fee of 50 Euros, because otherwise, the fare rate can exceed 50 Euros. My advice: take your 50 Euros and stay at the hotel airport. It saves a lot of time and stress.

Two weeks in glorious Italy staying in small authentic accomodations with our last night in this modern, well appointed hotel. Great resturant just one block away. Good breakfast included

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 24 of 36Great room, but far from sites.
The hotel staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in quite early. They were very responsive and helped us to find our way to downtown and to acquire a taxi on our last day. Everything was clean and the breakfast was quite nice.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 25 of 36Outstanding Hotel
We had completed a cruise and had one extra night in Rome. This hotel was excellent because of its close proximity to Ostia Antika the old Roman port on the Tiber. It was also convenient to the airport and to the Ostia beach area. Service, food and accomodation far exceeded our expectations.

Trip Type: Family Review 26 of 36Brand new ... exceeded my expectations
This hotel is brand new and extremely comfortable for an American / American Family traveling abroad. Entire staff was biligual. Parking is underground and secured. Restaraunts in walking distance. My family used two rooms our last night in Italy due to the Hotel's proximity to the airport. While it's a 20-25 minute ride, not a lot of choices near the airport.

Best Western Triangoli was the best hotel out of the 3 hotels we booked as it was quite modern but impossible to get to! It was in the suburbs so we were happy that we had stayed in another hotel that was centrally located so we could view the hostoric sites before going back to the Triangoli as there was nothing out there unless you had a car to get around. We had to take 1 bus and about 2 or more trains just to get into the city centre + its easy to get stranded as the trains and buses stop early, moreso the trains.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 28 of 36Great Hotel - Tough to get to
I booked this hotel because I wanted something near the airport. It really was not that close and cost 50 Euros for the taxi to Fiumicino (there was a surcharge because it was night time). Also, we used public transportation from the Rome Termini station to get there (A subway, a commuter train and a bus). It was really painful and I would not recommend it. Following the advice of a previous reviewer, we went to Zucchero & Limone for dinner (very close to hotel). It was really great and the service was fabulous. If you stay at this hotel definately plan to have dinner here.

Trip Type: Family Review 29 of 36We Loved This Hotel
My family was pleased from the moment we entered the hotel lobby. The modern American decor was just what we needed for our last night in Rome. The staff spoke English and was very helpful. Our room was comfortable and well decorated. The AC was appreciated, the bathroom was spotless and very modern, the breakfast was great and the parking garage was very convenient and secure. An added suprise was how near the hotel is to the sea!

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 30 of 36"Great room for the money"
For the price, this was a great buy. It was a little hard to find (we had a car) but maybe that was our fault. The room was very clean - the bathroom looked like it had never been used. The owners had obviously spent a lot of money updating everything. There is even a free parking garage. The restaurant next door - Zucchero & Limone - was excellent. Great food and wonderful service.
