    Great location in the middle of Rouen, helpful staff, easy parking, comfortable room, good breakfast...don't need anything else. Rooms are small but being in the centre of town, notwithstanding a number of public areas within the hotel, inside and out, the size doesn't matter: a clean, safe, comfortable place to sleep after spending time in a lovely city.

    On our first evening we were charged for the suite in the hotel but were given room 04. This room had fleas or similar bugs, a shower that consisted of a curtain hung from the ceiling and a drain in the floor next to the toilet, wall paper coming off the walls, horrible.. I refused to stay another evening in that room and they did transfer us to room 502 which was better. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
