Unexpected pleasure

This hotel is perfectly located to permit walking to most major destinations. Great value!

Great for the money

The only thing that I did not like was that the shower as it did not run well. Everyone was very polite

"Good Value for Familes and Close to the Metro!"

A good choice for a family who would like to be close to the White House and attractions with out breaking the bank. The Metro is about a two block from the Hotel. No car is needed when staying here. The room has a microwave and 'fridge to save on meals. The breakfast buffet was basic at best, but kids would enjoy it. There are two Starbucks for adult(s) within a block or so of the Hotel for more discriminating tastes

Great room for the money

My only complaint is that I was charge with a lot of money for making international calls from my room, it would be nice to have some information on long distance tariff, so you would not get surprised by the charges.

Noisy

the hotel was good, excellent breakfast and large comfortable room but it was on a busy road and our room was very close to the traffic. It was loud, I ran the fan all night for white noise. I would advice trying to book a room at the back of the property. They would only change our room with an additional cost. Bring ear plugs.

Bed Bugs...Gross!

I booked this hotel for my boss who was attending a meeting nearby. He said the hotel was quaint and seemingly nice, however there was one major problem... He was bitten several times by bed bugs. There is no excuse for bed bugs in any hotel in the United States. There are standards for water temperature on washing machines. This is just unsanitary and unacceptable. We will not be booking another reservation at this hotel again.

Good room for the money

This is no frills but the staff were courteous and the hotel was clean, neat, and well maintained.
