hotel was ok, it just had a noise that was keeping me awake. Other then that it was a great room.

Our room was full of flies from the moment we arrived. The hotel advertised a hot tub, along with the swimming pool. The pool needed cleaning and the hot tub was covered and out of service. I expected more for the rate I paid.

Disappointing

Usually Best Western Motels are worth the added cost but this one was a disappointment. The Swamp Coolers (air conditioning for desert climate) were not working thus the room was very hot! They did give us a discount for this inconvenience BUT it should not have happened. Also, the wireless internet was not working and we were told that it not be fixed for a week or more. The hot tub was also closed for repairs. The maid service was inconsistent. The room was not cleaned everyday. We did not have the do not disturb sign out. Missing one day is ok but not 2! They should have said something about it. We selected this hotel specifically for hot tub and wireless access.
