Trip Type: Special Event Review 8 of 65Ok, but ...
The room we had was very clean and comfortable. It was very easy to locate and had secure parking in a parking garage - big plus in Boston! After a very long ride, my kids were eager for a swim. Little did I know, they do not have a pool. Disappointed. The bathroom did not have a fan in it, so showers were very steamy which made it hard for everyone to get ready in the morning. Most important, we did not know the Best Western Boston, The Inn at Longwood was in the medical district of the city. There were sirens throughout the night and emergency helicopters landing at the hospital which woke most of the family. Had we been to Boston for medical reasons, the hotel would have been perfect. But we weren't, and were not aware of its surroundings until we arrived.

Trip Type: Family Review 9 of 65Great if going to Fenway Park
This hotel is a good stay if you are going to a Sox game at Fenway Park. You can walk easily! If you are looking for other things to do while there this is not the location to be in. There is nothing within walking distance besides the ballpark and not much else to do if you are not familiar with the town. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained but the staff was VERY uneducated about services and had a hard time answering any questions.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 11 of 65Good for what we needed.
We were in town for a concert at Fenway Park. The location of the hotel was perfect and the ease of getting to and from the stadium was phenomenal. Just a short walk to and from. I recommend this hotel to anyone going to Fenway for a game or concert from out of town.

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 65Should Be Better
"This is a convenient hotels for families with loved ones at either Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Brigham and Women's or Children's Hospitals but the hotel is old and situated next to a food court. I was put in the apartment side of the hotel and it had not been renovated since it was built. The whole places smells like curry inside and out. Not a great value for the price paid but it is extremely convenient to the hospitals."
