smelly

The hotel’s elevator had a very bad urine smell and when an employee was going up on the elevator with us he stated that the smell was from fungus. What fungus? Gross! The room was nice and the service was just okay. We booked the hotel because we were leaving for a cruise and the terminal was very close but, after the cruise they refused to pick us up, even through they had dropped us off. I found the staff very unfriendly uncooperative after we returned from the cruise. I noticed other customers received better service and I was very unhappy!!!!!

Very comfortable slept like a baby and loved the gym overlooking the bay!!

Great Hotel

I was looking for hotel to stay in that was on the bay, did not cost a arm and leg and was not so large you get lost in the size. For what I was looking for it fit the bill. We selected a bay view and it was great. The room was clean, modern and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend it and stay there again.

Outstanding

Beds were very comfortable,dinner at the resturaunt was great, but the breakfast buffet was cold....Overall,,very pleased with the quality of the hotel..Will def. stay again!!!!!!!!!

Loved the view!

We had a waterview room, and it was definitely worth the extra money for the veiw! The room was nice, it had a sleep number bed, which was fairly comfortable. The room was very clean, and nice furnishings. The balcony was our favorite part, we loved just sitting out there watching the sun go down over the bay. It was beautiful.

All in all a good stay.

I was very disappointed that the hotel did NOT offer 24 hour free shuttle service to the airport. I had to pay for a cab when the hotel was less than 4 miles from the airport. The room was VERY nice as was the staff. Bayview was worth the price as the sunset was spectacular that evening. The bar staff @ Crabby's left a lot to be desired but the food was not bad for the price.

Needs Improvement",

It started out that their Credit card machine was not working properly when we arrived. One of elevators were down during entire stay, which made it a long wait to get up to room unless you wanted to walk up 5 flights of stairs. One of the keys they gave us did not work. Floor of room was damp and the air condition gave off a strange smell. The pool never had towells and never had enough louge chairs out like it was the middle of winter. The restaurant was ok but had a limited menu especially for Kids. View was nice from balcony and location was good to all attractions in the area.
