Great hotel

The hotel was really nice for a Best Western, I guess they are revamping their image. It was clean and the staff was nice. There was even a hot breakfast included. I would stay here again.

Great Hotel

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and met our confusing demands with smiles and quick assitance. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to people. I was thoroughly impressed especially for the price.

Hotel appears to be new. It was clean and very nice. There was an excellent choice of breakfast items to choose from.

Lovely stay

The hotel was lovely, beautiful staircase and fountains and the breakfast was great. The pool was nice and clean and it was an easy drive from the airport. They had a crib ready for my toddler and the room was nearly babyproofed to begin with! The wireless was also fast and effortless and the bed was heavenly to sleep on. Will stay again and again!

Great Hotel

This hotel is a great find. It is only 10 minutes away from the aiport. There are plenty of shopping and restaurants near the hotel and the staff does a great job of making everyone feel welcome. Perfect if you have a rental car.

Clean, Good Value

Overall this is a good hotel. Very clean, new, well-maintained. Breakfast was about average in quality - my only complaint is that the breakfast area was not very clean (e.g. sticky floors) but I ate right before the breakfast time ends so I think the plan was to clean after it was closed.

Clean and comfortable

When I return to Houston(Humble)I will make a reservation at this hotel.It was clean and quiet and very comfortable,and the price was great.Breakfast was good,only one thing they will have to get better with the waffle batter:)but overall great service.Also was surrounded by any and every thing you needed,that was awesome!

Nice Breakfast

I was very impressed - comfy bed, quiet room and nice breakfast in the morning. The Texas shaped Belgian waffles were a nice touch!

Best bed ever!

I have got to say the king bed was absolutely comfortable and my husband and I both rested extremely well despite the difference in time zones. I was a little concerned at first getting a room by the elevator, but there was no problem hearing hallway or elevator noises at all! The hotel is conveniently located near shopping malls and grocery stores. The other couples traveling with us took advantage of the great breakfast. Most importantly, the staff all had that warm Texan hospitality and friendliness. Thanks for a great stay!
