Nice place

Nice quiet place. Friendly staff. Convenient to my trip

Comfortable and Quiet

I've stayed in this hotel twice, and each time I had the same extremely positive experience. The property and rooms are immaculately clean, the beds and pillows are as comfortable as the finest hotels I've stayed in, and the walls must be really thick because I've never heard any noise in the halls or other rooms. There are fresh cookies in the lobby in the afternoons and the water coolers placed throughout the hotel. The restaurant next door to the hotel is also fantastic.

Great Price

Very nice hotel for the price in this historic area. Not the "Inn" and not in the town center but good value. Great restaurant next door, nice workout facility and a good breakfast is included.

Definite Return

Grew up in area and but never stayed at the hotel. Was very pleased with the front desk personnel, their helpfulness, location and room. Very clean and much larger than expected. The breakfast was more than adequate and had great variety. Plan on using again on my next trip. Great place for the money and convenience to area locations.

Needs improvement

When I checked out, the hotel would not give me a paid up statement. they said I would have to get it from you. I need this to get reimbursed. If I can't get it, I will never use this service again

Great place as a base to visit Boston

Not just a nice hotel in beautiful Concord, it's location is perfect. It is a short drive from there to the next subway station connecting to practically anywhere in Boston. The money you save by doing this pays for the car, gas and visits to other places (Salem, Plymouth, etc.). Good restaurants nearby.

Great room for the money

It was quiet at night and just a short drive from Concord and the T to get into Boston. The Italian restaurant next door was a delightful surprise.

Great location for the Price

The hotel is very conveniently located for travelers... it is near the main road to head to other attractions and also the road that lead into historical Concord. The hotel feels a little outdated, but you can tell they are working to make improvements. The hotel was clean and well taken care of and the staff was nice. If you are looking for a short term stay or a hotel to make day-trips out of, I would say this is a great choice for the price.

Great location

Location was very convenient, room was small but nice.

So-so

We arrived a couple hours after check-in and found that the room we were assigned had not yet been cleaned. The cleaning ladies were willing to clean it right away, however, with two small children we asked for another room. The room we got was clean and simple. One mattress was awfully uncomfortable and creaky (we gave it to the kids). The toilet kept getting clogged. Basically, it is an older hotel that they are trying to update. One positive... the breakfast was fabulous, with real bagels!

Good Value and Location

Location was very convenient to sites of Concord and access to outlying sites at Walden Pond and Salem. Staff was friendly and helpful in giving directions. Quick start breakfast had good quality and variety. Italian restaurant next door to hotel had excellent food!
