paper thin walls

could hear neighbors footsteps, converstions, flushing toilets, etc. a little insulation for soundproofing would have gone a long way. Clean, comfortable, good location.

Great location and continental breakfast

Definitely recommend this hotel. The location wasn't far from Winter Park. Room was clean and comes with a pretty decent breakfast.

Great place to sleep

For the price, relative to others in Winter Park, this is a great motel. The beds were very new and comfy; room was clean; service was great; front desk very helpful even letting us borrow a shovel to 'dig out' our car. Great place to stay in Winter Park!

Great hotel, great location

The hotel sits right in the middle of winter park, you can walk either direction to all the restaurants, bars, and shopping. When I stayed there they were replacing all the beds so we slept in a brand new bed. The breakfast was great. Omelets, sausage, waffles. I will stay there again.

good service

We arrived early & the clerk let us check in at 10 am. Regular checkin was 4 pm.
