Located on an island in the loop of the Siagne river, on five hectares of green landscape, the Holiday Residence Mandelieu is only 800 meters from the sea and one kilometer from shops. For your leisure, enjoy a beautiful swimming pool and sporting structures including tennis courts, a multi-sports ground, petanque green, and more, as well as a restaurant and bar. Pets are allowed for a fee of 46 Euros per pet, per week or 7 Euros per pet, per day and presentation of a rabies vaccination certificate. Each one-bedroom apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette complete with four electric hotplates, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and coffeemaker, a living room with two single beds, a bedroom with one double bed, and either a single bed in the entrance or pullout bed in the living room. Other conveniences include telephone (fees apply), television (fees apply), separate WC, and balcony with furniture.
