The room was neat and clean. We travel a great deal and this was a clean hotel with a very reasonable price.

Nice Clean Hotel

The Staff was very professional, the rooms were very clean. The mattress' were excellent for comfort. Would without hesitation stay at Best Western Albany Mall again.

location, convenience and price are all good

Great room for the money. Breakfast is adequate and supplies re-stocked at timely intervals.
