Decent, excellent location

The beds were horrible, but the hotel did provide transportation to the Airport. The staff was very helpful.

Dirty Hotel

Everything was dirty. The sheets were dirty, the pillows were dirty, the carpets were dirty. I expected it to be decent because it was a Best Western, but it was not.

Disappointing

No towels, made request at night & morning. Towels never delivered. Poor to bad rating

Good for the money

Generally all was fine. It needs some improvements but nothing like all the reviews I had read. Most people seemed to down grade it and I thought it was fine for the money.

Dirty bathtub and toilet

The beds were made beautifully and the room was clean except for the bathroom. It looked as if a maid had not gone near that bathroom in months. There was pubic hair in the shower and the toilet was disgusting. I would never stay here again.

ok for what I needed it for

The hotel was easy to find, the front desk crew was very pleasant,& helpfull, It was my son's birthday. The pool was nice. we decided to spend an xtra day they were able to accomadate us for a little more $$,which was ok. Then one of my sons found something in our room that shouldn't have been there. when informed the hotel immediatly compd the room for the night. The overall staff was very good & would reccomend this property for small needs

Ok for the price

Considering the bargain rate that I got for the room at this hotel, I didn't expect much. It was an okay place to stay, just needs a little sprucing up. Seems a little old. There was a live bug in our first floor bathroom (a waterbug perhaps?). The air conditioner didn't work as well as it should have, but we weren't hot enough to complain. The hotel was across the street from a couple of inexpensive restaurants, and was very convenient to our college visit at Rensselaer. All in all it was about what I expected for the price.

Needs Improvement

Tub in shower did not drain, making the shower disgusting. Overall the bathroom needed remodeling, as well as the hallways. Old rugs and bannisters. Television had limited channels; did not have HBO and could not order movies.
