NEEDS REMODELING

Did not have breakfast like I was told messed up reservation room smelled. stayed down the street the next day.....

conveinent, comfortable, reasonaly priced

I have stayed there before and the rooms are comfortable and a real bargain for Berkeley. Parking is adequate.

You get what you pay for!

The hotel room was clean, but had a musky odor in it. The Housekeeper was very nice and she cleaned our room quickly..also provided us with extra towels immediately upon our request. We only used the room to sleep in, so the accomodations were adequate.

Decent Hotel

The hotel was fine. There isn't much choice in Berkeley, and I needed to be in this area. My only complaint is that there was no TV channel listing.

great room for the money

I made last-minute New Year's Eve reservations with no problem. The hotel was decent for the price we paid.

great for the price

the rate of the room matched what I expected. we checked in after 10pm and the check in clerk was kind. i asked for a nonsmoking room when i made the reservation but when i walked in i knew someone had smoked in it. i was so tired however i just passed out.

Satisfactory Room

The walls seemed pretty thin. The second morning I was woken at 6 AM by someone watching TV. Other than that, it was a pretty good deal. I didn't spend much time in the room but while I was there nothing really annoyed me. The bathroom looked kind of shoddy with some badly needed plaster works. But everything functioned pretty well. I would have preferred an electric socket near the desk instead of at the vanity where there was a huge mirror. Since all I wanted to do was plug in my laptop I didn't like myself staring back while I checked my email.

Find Another Hotel

While this hotel was close to the University, the rooms are very small and unsatisfactory.
