Belambra Résidence Gruissan Les Ayguades

The Gruissan Les Ayguades is an apartment complex set beside a fine, sandy beach, eight kilometres outside of Gruissan, on France's Mediterranean coast. The 171 semi- detached apartments all open onto sun terraces and include living areas facing the garden, private bathrooms, and kitchenettes equipped with cookware, hotplates, microwaves, refrigerators, and coffee makers.

Guests can relax on the fine, sandy beach adjacent to the hotel, or rent a bike and explore the local area. Sports facilities on site include a tennis court, boules pitch, and miniature golf course. Children and teenagers can be entertained at the kid's club (divided by age groups), or in the children's playground. Practical amenities include free onsite parking and a launderette, and snacks and takeaway food are available from 'Le Croq', open from June to September. A range of water sports, such as sailing, scuba diving, and windsurfing, are available on the beach adjacent to the residence. The ancient port and resort of Gruissan is eight kilometres from the residence, whilst the nearest major airport is located in Montpellier, 106 kilometres away. Resort fees are determined by the hotel and are subject to change.

Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. On departure, all apartments should be left clean and tidy. Alternatively, an end-of-stay cleaning service is Provided by the residence, which incurs a fee payable locally.

Deposit is required on arrival and refunded on checkout subject to costs incurred for breakages and cleaning.
