Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 45Great room for the money
I was very skeptical about this motel at first because of how cheap it was, but it exceeded my expectation by far. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean, and it was only about 30 minute drive from Boston (45-50 in rush hour traffic). Great place if you're not looking for something glamorous.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 3 of 45Great place, Awesome Owners
The Bedford Motel is a little old place with great charm, which is provided by AWESOME owners and a fantastic staff. It is a family ran establishment, if you are going to be late call them early to let them know. The room was clean, cool, spacious, has a fridge and the water was hot. The owner was super helpful with directions and other needs. The day we left my daughter thought she lost a bracelet (we were in Niagara Falls before she realized it), I called and the owner he sent the cleaning lady to search room, she found it and they called and held the bracelet…..HOW AWESOME!!! We will be back to stay again.

Budget accommodations; good value in a nice town. Not for everyone though if you want a chain motel and amenities.

Served a base of arrival for week trip. A little hard to find, but worked out well.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 7 of 45Close enough
Why stay in an expensive downtown Boston hotel if there are good, inexpensive substitutes just outside of town? This was a good deal and a good choice.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 8 of 45Bedford Motel
An older motel that remains useful with reasonable cleanliness and good location for me. Coffee door opens at 0830, making it of little value. Noisy old A/C still works. A list of TV channels would be helpful.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 9 of 45Inexpensive but OK
If you need to spend the night in the Boston area and are looking for an inexpensive bed abd don't mind the 45 minute drive to downtown, then this motel is a ine choice. The desk person upon arrival was less than pleasant but the room was satisfactory. The bed was not too comfortable.

After I checked in, there were no service whatsoever. Nobody at duty there. Not the second morning either.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 11 of 45Great little motel!
I needed a place to stay after the concert in Mansfield, MA and on the way to Loudon NH. It was a great little motel and much much less than every other hotel/motel around. It's a small family run place, so if you're going to be late, you should probably let them know. I feel bad because I didn't show until 1:30 am. I got a little nervous because the office was all locked up. I rang the bell a couple times and he got out of bed for me (less than a minute) - sorry! I'd definitely stay there again.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 12 of 45Comfortable, Nice, and Cozy
The hotel was nice. It was comfortable. We were allowed express checkout by leaving the key in the room and closing door. I didn't have a problem with the upkeep. They were always there to clean once they saw your car was not on the premises. Curesy desk was friendly. Icemaker was not found. Clean cups and towels daily. No problem at all. We stay again. Next to a restaurant and icecream parlor. A little far from shops, but doable if just needing a nights stay. I stayed three nights so i was provided with a fridge and mircowave.

Trip Type: Family Review 13 of 45Clean, not too expensive
For a single night stay, this hotel would be fine. We stayed three nights, and it would have been nice to have a coffee machine. The fridge was nice, as we could have breakfast in the room. No breakfast was offered.
