Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 1 of 27Nice, Lovely, Great
The lady at front desk was very nice (Robin), the condo was lovely-location was great...definately would stay there again - any season. Don't have fresh ice though and the swimming pool - ht.tub not working but we got a pass to go swimming etc. at a close Inn. We did get charged extra fee (by Hotels.Com)because it was a one night stay, which was OK and we were aware: however,it was confusing to front desk because they weren't certain that it was paid...had to call Hotel.Com to confirm (which they did) and all was well. Wish we could have stayed 2 nights.

Trip Type: Romance Review 2 of 27A pleasant stay
Quiet, cozy, well appointed condominium near Winter Park main drag. Our bed was a bit firm but we adjusted. Would stay here again.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 27Summertime Blues
Rooms way over priced. Comforters on beds smelled disguting. Bathrooms badly outdated and worn. No ceiling fans and there was record heat the day we were there. No air conditioning Poor landscaping. Pool was hot and very mundane. It was clear summertime customers are not a priority to Beaver Village. Young girl who checked us in was very kind, though.

Clean, but coal trains went by within 100 feet every 20 minutes all night long. Couldn't sleep at all.

Trip Type: Family Review 5 of 27Outstanding condo
My sister and our kids and one kid's friend stayed tow nights at Beaver Creek and we really liked the condo. It had kitchen facilities, was close to town and was quiet. The only problem we had was the DVD player didn't work in the main room. Management came up and tried to make it work but failed. She gave us a card for free pizza, but when we called it was too late to order it and we were gone the next day. Otherwise, the place was well equiped and very nice.

Trip Type: Family Review 7 of 27Great location and very friendly staff
My family stayed in Beaver Village during spring break and had a great time. The location is great and everything is close-by along with shuttles to take you around town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We don't ski, but still had a fun time in the snow and on the local tubing hill. One thing to consider when renting (these are all individually owned condo units) is that there is an additional cleaning fee if you stay only one night and each unit is different. It may be beneficial to call the resort to request particular things that you may want, such as first floor, top floor with a view, comfortable beds (our were OK at best), etc. They have everything that you need if you ask for it! We will definitely go back.

Trip Type: Family Review 8 of 27Accommodating
We rented a 3 bedroom condo on the 3rd floor without realizing it. One of the members of our party would have had great diificulty making it up and down the stairs. The front desk worked rapidly to find us a ground floor option with all the ammenities and at the same price as the condo we agreed to rent. We had a VERY nice stay, and they have earned my loyalty!

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 10 of 27GREAT VALUE
Booked 4 nights at this condo and it was great. #1731 was requested. An upgrade since they are all individually owned and some are better than others. The room is on the third floor so you have to haul your stuff but it had a vaulted ceiling, stone fireplace, wood all across one wall. Not much of a view, trees but who cares. Nice kitchen, separate bedroom with a tv. We were happy. If you don't drive, the bus to Winter Park picks y. ou up in the parking lot. We were 2 miles away from WP. Very convient. Cons: Occasional train whistles. Could be worse I suppose if you are in a lower condo building. Hot tubs are only in main check in area. They are sticky about not having food or drink in hot tub. Who doesn't want a brewsky in the tub after skiing all day. So you have to walk or ride to hot tubs. Not much night life. Bring food and cook... Good place for the bucks! Ask for an upgraded condo.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 11 of 27Great Value!
We booked 4 nights at Beaver Village Condos. Each condo is individually owned so the type of condo can vary. #1731 was a thrid floor with a stone fireplace and wood panels and a skylight in a spacious living and dining area. Great rooms. The pros: The bus picks you up for Winter Park in the parking lot if needed. Gas fire place, spacious, well appointed. I would recommend this condo. Cons: Wireless internet connection was very slow in our building, #17. We had to drive to the hot tubs near check-in area. They are adament about no drinks in hot tub, so forget the beer. There are trains that whistle occasionally, but didn't bother us. Overall, good value for a quality room.

Trip Type: Family Review 13 of 27Decent place to stay
This condo was what we expected. It was typical of a mountain condo. Not luxury, but did the job. The rate was pretty good, so we didn't expect it to be really high end. Of course, the rate posted was quite a bit lower than the actual price we paid, once they included all the fees. It was probably about 50% higher than the posted rate at the time.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 14 of 27good location, perfect accomodation for a couple
V organized management company. You can see the slopes from the condo & there are shuttles 3 times an hour if you don't want to do the 10 min walk. Condo is comfortable & clean with 2 bathrooms. Kitchen is small would be the only complaint.
