Bayview Hotel

Great location, nice, reasonably-priced room

My friends and I found this hotel to be exactly what we were looking for. The location is great, just a block away from Lacomar and it is in a safe area. The rooms were very clean and the staff at the hotel responsive. We also appreciated that we were able to lock up our things safely for an afternoon when we had to check out before heading to the airport for our flight. Our only issue was that it did get a bit noisy early in the morning--the walls and windows didn't provide a lot of sound insulation. All in all though, a great stay for the price.

Nice Location but Hotel Standards Lacking

The hotel is in a great location in Miraflores and the staff was pleasant. The breakfast (included with the room) and the garden area were lovely. The hotel room and common areas were run down and not maintained.

Did not meet my expectations

When I checked in my room,it was not very clean,there were not enough towels, toilet paper was a little bit left,I tried to make a phono call and the phono didn't work at all, when I called to reception they told me some kind of BS that I didn't understand.I think they are overcharging.I was looking arround others hotels in Lima and I found many of them in Avenida La Marina Brand new Hotels with better comfort for just $30 Soles per day this mean $10 Dollars per day!

great location

one street east of Av.Larco, 1-1/2 blocks from LarcoMar: very convenient, quiet and isolated street in safe part of town. Service staff a little noisy in the early morning. 3-floors, no elevator, comfortable stairs. Unremarkable breakfast (toast, egg, coffee, a little fresh pinapple juice). Very nice small friendly 2-star hotel, 3-star price, 4-star location.
