Dirty Room, Inadequate facilities, Indifferent staff

This was one of the worst stays I've had, ever. I picked the hotel based on the pictures, but don't be mislead. The room felt grimy. There was a used bandaid stuck to the shower wall. The ceiling grate above the shower was falling off. The TV screen had scratches all over it. The bathroom sink leaked, spewing water all over the bathroom floor when my wife used it. The sheets seemed cheap. The pool water was as cloudy as dishwater, and the hot tub didn't have any water in it at all, which was disappointing because that was the main reason I wanted to spend the night there. When I told the front desk attendant about it in the morning, he muttered a "We apologize" before moving onto the next customer. My advice: pay the extra $5 or $10 and stay somewhere else.

I felt that the room was dirty, and the pool was so full of chlorine you could scoop it up from the bottom of the pool!

Needs a complete renovation

Hotel was dirty, had loose plaster on hall ceiling outside our room, pool was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom, explanation was that the chemicals had just been added, and it will be that way for a few days, regardless, we didn't swim. It was probably a great hotel at one time, but is now in need of a complete makeover.

Good layovers

This was an ok hotel. It was a converted Comfort Inn. There was still items from when it was a Comfort Inn. WiFi access was excellent. Pool and sanua were working on our 1st overnight stay. Sauna was not working on 2nd stay

Unclean and in need of remodeling.

This hotel was not as nice as the pictures. The room was not well cleaned. The bathroom ceiling was filthy, indicating that the cleaning crew only did a quick clean-up of the most obvious things, and not a thorough cleaning of everything. The pool area appeared to be in need of repair (cracked and separated tiles, sloppy caulking jobs, etc.).

"Needs Improvement"

When we first arrived and were given our room, entered the room everything looked okay until I went into the bathroom. Not clean. Had little black hairs in shower and tub, in the sink. Had not been cleaned. Asked for a new room and the clerk was very nice and gave us a new room. That room was clean, but the hotel is just an old Comfort Inn and it really needs updating and maintenance. Staff was very nice and hospitable. Hotel needed improvement.
