THE FLOOR WAS FLOODED...

I was very dissatisfied with this room. The floor was soaking wet. I called to get a new room and stayed on hold forever, no one ever picked back up. Then I called back and the front desk said "we will call you back, we are busy". I had to walk around with shoes on the entire time b/c of the floor. The room started stinking. We were not refunded any money back nor given a different room!

Needs thicker walls

The phone didn't work, the alarm clock didn't work and the walls we so thin I could hear the neighbors which kept me awake at night. But the price was good, the location was ideal, breakfast looked OK but I still opted for McDonald's anyway.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and quiet of the hotel. It will be the place I stay whenever I trsvel to that area.

Great Room For The Money

We were very surprised at the cleanliness and spaciousness this room had, especially for the price we paid. I can't understand why the rating is not higher. We normally do not stay in a star 2 hotel, but we thought we would give it a try. We will be back.

Perfect Room, Dirty Pool

Our room was spotless, even smelled clean. The staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable, but the pool was green and slimy looking. That would be our only complaint!

Great Room, Dirty Pool!

I don't think we could have been more satisfied with the room. The bed was super-comfy, the shower was great, and it was extremely clean! The hotel staff was also very friendly. After asking for a pool-side room and the very friendly hotel staff helping us with that, the pool was very dirty. We didn't even attempt to go in. That would be our only complaint. Very satisfied for the price we paid. The cleanliness and comfort of the room was enough. Just wish we could have gotten a swim one of the afternoons we were sitting in the room.

Not Impressed

The first room they gave me was completely trashed. The door lock worked about 1 in 10 tries, there were no sheets on the bed, the furniture was strewn across the room, and there was trash all over. Naturally I asked for a different room. The second room was much better but still wasn't great. There was a strong mildew smell and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud. I had to turn it off to sleep. Breakfast was not bad. They had cold cereal, bagels, some fruit, biscuits and gravy and waffles. The hotel was right off the interstate. However, there is no traffic light at the bottom of the exit ramp. From I-20 Westbound you may have to make a left turn across four lanes of heavy traffic (like I did).

Breakfast needs improvement.

The breakfast was not very good. There was no milk or water. I asked for some which they got but it curdled in my coffee. There was 1 bagel, hard waffles, but the french toast was ok. The lay out of the utensils, cups, bowls, plates was without order. There were only 15 minutes left to serve but it was pretty bleak even for that. While we ate 1 girl was doing all the work while another just stood there and if instructed, she would do something (like get the milk). Other than that, it was ok.
