Stay Away!

I've stayed in hotels all over the world and this one ranks real close to the bottom. For starters, it's very hard to drive to. You really only have one way in because the other way is impossible! One night I had to go way out of my way to even get there and it took me an extra 20 minutes, at least. The room was not completely cleaned from the previous guest. His shorts were still in the room. The sofa bed was unmade and there were no sheets, pillows, etc. to even make it up myself. The safe was totally useless without a DOOR to it! Several fixtures were literally hanging on the walls or ceiling. The airconditioning was filty and inadequate. The hallways were so hot and stuffy you couldn't stand to even open your door. I have stayed at Baymonts many times over the years, but this was the worst! Don't bother.... there are better deals out there.

Great room for the money & location

Customer Service was a great. They made you feel very welcomed. The location was great. The room we had was very musky. It had a really bad smell to it. The air condition did work very well.

More than your monies worth.

Only two issues during our four night stay. The Room had several light bulbs needing replaced. We were on the top floor and lost sleep due to the noise from the pool area. The staff seemed to wait until other guests complainded before enforcing the 11pm pool closing time. Best to request a room on the other side of the hallway.(odd numbered rooms)

You get what you pay for!

The price was very cheap, but it is not worth it. Check in is at 3 pm, but there were no clean rooms available. There were at least 4 couples plus us waiting for our rooms. We waited for an hour. The staff did not greet us and were not friendly. The rooms were very clean, but the a/c only blew hot air. It didn't start to really cool the room until the night we were getting ready the leave. The hotel is not in the greatest of areas and there was broken car window glass in the parking lot. The sign stating the hotel is not responsible for damaged or stolen cars should have told me to go somewhere else. But my car was not touched. Spend a little extra for somewhere better.

If you really want a cheap stay and close to everything on I-drive, then this is your place. I would personally spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere else on my next trip

Wonderful Hotel

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Service was great. Location was great. My family and I really enjoyed all the lizards around the property. We later found out that they were in the area not just at the hotel. But the kids loved it. :)

No ice during record heat wave!

The hotel is very nice for the price and completing renovations, but for the 4 days we were there, during a record heat wave, NO ICE was available. The lobby machine (in sight of the front desk) was broken when we arrived. The 3rd floor machine was gone for renovation of the floor and the poor lone machine on the 2nd floor was worked to death on the second day we were there. The hotel staff was oblivious and unconcerned ("Oh well..") despite the presence of a 7-11 (Cheap Ice!) a half block away. For a couple of bucks a day the hotel could have made several hundred guest very happy during the 108 degree heat.

Pretty Good Hotel for money

For the price I paid - this hotel was very good. We had to wait to check in because a kid had made the sprinklers go off - so the bottom floor had water damage but other than that it was very good!

Needs Improvement

Only one ice machine was working for the entire hotel (3 floors) and the vending machine was out of water for two days. The continental breakfast was out of most items and when a staff member said she was going to replace the items, she was gone for about 15 minutes and we decided to leave and eat somewhere else. The mattress was very thin and too firm-very uncomfortable. A/C unit was very loud.
