Great Room for the Money!!!!

I was a little concerned based upon the reviews that I read prior to booking the room but I was pleasantly surprised. I did not arrive until about 12:15am - I had a 10:00 appointment and they gave me late check-out because of my late arrival and it was great that I did not have to pack everything prior to my appointment. Other than me being concerned about the area overall Baymont Suites was pleasant experience and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Good hotel for the price

I was pleasantly surprised at the hotel. Nice lobby, nice size swimming pool, the room had great ammenities for the price and good size bathroom. Very pleased, not necessarily the ritz but great for the price!

A little run down

The room was quiet, for being close to a major airport. We had non-smoking rooms, they smelled like smoke. There was some mold in our shower, and the ceiling was coming apart.

Good basic accommodation

The room was good for the location and the price. Nice staff, clean room, good cold air conditioning on a very hot day. Water flow in the shower needs minor repair.

Not Too Bad

Good value. Difficult to locate from IH 45. Need to better warn potential customers of location. Very difficult to locate sign.

Not a bad place for the price.

Have stayed here several times. Not bad for the price. The pool is always clean and usable. Rooms are quite nice, big bathroom. Good little breakfast deal. SImilar to a Comfort Inn maybe not quite as nice. Only complaint would be the overly soft beds but that's a matter of taste.

took care of issue quickly

First got a room with a broken Air Conditioner. The Gentleman at the front desk had me fixed up with a new room which was very comfortable and clean within just a few minutes.

Very clean and OUTSTANDING customer service. She even kept breakfast open a little longer for me. The price was GREAT too! I would definitely stay there again. Thanks!!

Get what you expect.

For the price of the hotel, I knew going in that it wasn't going to be the nicest place, but it wasn't bad either. The rooms were very clean and furniture in good shape, but the building itself was very old and had it's flaws. Overall, unless you're very high maintenance, the room is satisfactory. As a single 25 year old woman, I didn't like coming and going after dark, but during the day it was fine.
