At the price we were paying; we were skeptical about what we were getting. Upon arrival we were greeted and treated very well. The lobby area is clean and modern. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The room was large and the manager and staff accommodated our requests without hesitation. Our two night stay was extended into a week. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is just off the freeway but our room was extremely quiet during the day and evenings. It is also walking distance to a few restaurants and various shops. I would stay here again.

My aircondition went out on a Holiday Weekend! I needed a convenient location that would not hurt my pocket book. I've been to better hotels but I have also heard horror stores of worse. I ended up with a perfect location, for me, a decent price and a great room. The staff were nice and the rooms were comfortable. I would stay there again - even it weren't an emergency.

We arrived in Houston several hours before check-in time, and the staff was most accommodating in allowing us to check in early. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast offerings were strictly continental in nature, but for the price of the room, we were very satisfied. The hotel also had very good wi-fi service.

it was ok the lady at the desk gave my other friends false info and she confused alot of us on the hotel rates but over all it was ok... they never had anybody at the desk whenever we called and needed anything like extra towels we had to always go get them ourselves and our sink was stopped up really bad and nobody came to fix it but the room was clean and neat very close to eating places which we liked
