This hotel is OK. I would get some more comfortable beds and a key system that works better. Everything else is good. Horel is clean and well kept

This hotel is about 20% cheaper on price then other same value hotels and everything with this hotel is perfect other then its couple of miles on southern side of Springfield IL

We weren't expecting much for a 2-1/2 star hotel, but we were surprised with the size and quality of the room. The room included a king-size bed, a microwave and fridge, and the breakfast included with the room was better than we expected. The only downside was that the heater made noises, even when turned off, loud enough to wake me up in the middle of the night. But we would stay there again because the room was large and clean and nicely decorated.

I did like the quality of the hotel overall the price and location. But, what I did not like was the service me and my mother received from the hotel staff. We were visiting because I am relocating from Milwaukee to Springfield, we could not get help from the hotel staff on directions, they were not pleasant at all we actually felt like we were a burden on them when we did ask questions.

It makes us really sad to know that our frontdesk staff was not freindly enough to answer your questions. We are sorry, We also want to take an opprtunity to thank you for staying with us and choosing us out of all availble choices in Springfield IL. We did reserch your complaint and we came to know that you were requesting a directions to a perticular house on a perticular street. Out front desk staff is very much trained to give you directions to local attrections, restaurents, churches, landmarks etc. But if you are requiring a directions to any perticular house any perticular street, they may not have enough knowledge. But Once again I am sorry that they did not offer you a Complimentry WI-FI connected computer in the lobby where you could have used mapquest for your directions. We will wait for you to come back and give us one more opprtunity. We are also people serving people and we learn our leassons everyday. So we Certainly have learned something out of your review and We are sorry once again. Thank you for reading
