    Despite calling to report a late check in, there were still problems with the check in process. When we were finally checked in, the clerk gave us a room that was already occupied. When I returned to the registration desk, she then reported that they didn't have any available rooms that met our requirements. After arguing for a while, a room was miraculously discovered. When we finally got into it, it did not have the amenities that we were expecting that had been advertised, and the room was very dusty. The breakfast provided was good-perhaps the best part of the entire stay. On check out, we encountered more problems. We could not get a receipt and there were other problems as well.
