    We went to New Orleans without having any idea of what to expect. We were hoping to be close to the French Quarter and the riverfront and this hotel was in the perfect location. It was on a quieter street, yet very convenient to everything. The room was fabulous. It was very clean, decorated nicely, and had the most comfortable bed. We would definiely stay here again if we went back to NOLA.

    I had read bad reviews about this hotel and was anxious as to what I would find, but the overall condition and cleanliness surprised me. The parking was an unexpected (and somewhat costly) expense - approximately $60.

The Baronne Plaza, in the center of New Orleans (La.)'s central business district, stands within one-half mile of Canal Street and the the French Quarter. The hotel is one mile from coffee and beignets at historic Café Du Monde, and a short stroll from the St. Charles Avenue streetcar line.
